Refund and Returns Policy
Every product at BnC Clothing is made to order — printed and fulfilled once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences.
1. Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@bncclothing.co.uk, including photos of the issue and your order number.
2. Process
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method if applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizes (please check the size guide before ordering).
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
- Incorrect shipping addresses or buyer’s remorse.
4. Cancellations
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted, as each item is made on demand.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we will cover all replacement or refund costs, including shipping where applicable.
